We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to work alongside our Sales and Product teams in New York. Customers are the lifeblood of our company and so we need a strategic, customer-focused and results-driven Customer Success Manager to engage with and enable our customers to see how we make their support team better month by month. You will be responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle of our portfolio of customers. Looking for someone with a passion for technology and providing an extraordinary experience for every customer.


REQUIREMENTS


  • 3+ yrs of sales, account management, customer success, or related experience
  • A proven track record of driving customer success in complex environments at the executive and department levels
  • Experience in Mid-market and Enterprise solution products and ability to partner with account executives in development and closure of client opportunities

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Sales Development Manager to work close to our Sales team in New York. Our customers are the living heart of our company and so we need a strategic, customer-focused and results-driven Sales Development Representative to identify potential customers and get them interested in Reps AI. You will be responsible for the pre-sales process and will play a major key in bringing Reps AI to new customers.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adjusting our GTM strategy with our Sales team
  • Research accounts and identify key players, generate interest, qualify and develop leads
  • Identify the right use cases by truly understanding the added value we bring to customers
  • Pre-call prep, qualification & discovery calling, handling objections, follow-up
  • Schedule, set up and perform demos for potential customers
  • Partner with the Sales and Growth teams to help close and onboard new customer

REQUIREMENTS


  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Development role
  • Exceptional follow-through with a strong work ethic and “can do” attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

DESCRIPTION

A part-time position in fast growing AI startup facing the US market. The position requires working closely with our Machine Learning team and pick-up on trends and inefficiencies in customer support conversations. The successful candidate is likely to demonstrate self-learning abilities, motivation, strong data analytics knowledge, exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail analyzing happy customers indication vs frustration - and help us develop the algorithms around it.

  • Focus on customer monthly reports - find new trends once a week
  • Overlook, validate and edit the weekly BI reports to some our biggest accounts
  • Work closely with the algo team and have self-learning skills to talk on a technical level
  • Design, develop and deploy customer BI reports (as emails)
  • Closely monitor and check the accuracy of our deployed models

REQUIREMENTS


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Motivated to stay in touch with the customer’s relevant POC
  • Comfortable with change, and working in an agile manner. We grow fast and move fast
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel macro a plus
  • Hands-on SQL database experience (although we use NoSQL databases)
  • Good knowledge in JavaScript/Java is a plus
  • We would love to find smart people who want to work at least 3 days a week

  • Excellent communication skills
  • 5+ years of professional server development experience using Java or similar object oriented language
  • Strong understanding of web-based architecture - web servers, load balancing, caching, databases, replication, etc
  • Experience in NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase)
  • Experience developing data driven web applications in Java
  • Up-to-date knowledge of latest trends in web application development, including Amazon AWS eco-system / Google GAE

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Deep Learning Engineer to join our ML/DL engine team. Our data science team is structured entirely with ML developer who contributes to the development of DL-based algorithm but also to its connectivity to the product and business. We're looking for people who are passionate to help customers and not just explore the research side of things.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest findings in the areas of DL, ML, and NLP, and research and develop new methodologies for our server
  • Rapidly prototype integration of latest research in the field into the product
  • Implement the ideas developed by the research team, using DL architectures
  • Contribute to the technical discussions within the team and come up with new ideas

REQUIREMENTS


  • Great communication skills
  • Master’s degree or PhD in artificial intelligence, deep learning, machine learning, data science, computer science, or a similar field
  • Academic or industry experience in deep learning
  • Familiarity with existing DL libraries (e.g. Torch, Theano, Caffe, PyBrain, etc.)
  • Passion to develop and expand deep learning technologies
